In response to the topic: ‘There should be a second Brexit referendum, discuss.’

Goodness gracious. At what point do we stop, hold our hands up, and concede ‘Democracy just isn’t working?’ Apparently, in therapy, the first step towards healing (or fixing the problem) is to admit, to acknowledge that the problem exists.

So, here goes… *deep breath* ‘Democracy, don’t let the door hit you on the arse on the way out!’

Apparently, the general public cannot be trusted when it comes to voting on such significant subjects, such as the BREXIT referendum, a democratic process whereby the United Kingdom voted to leave the European Union. To correct this democratic decision, proposals now exist to put forward a second vote to cancel out the result of the original election.

Since the fall of our last truly great leader, Sir. Winston Churchill, God rest his noble soul, I suppose it was always inevitable for this once great nation to fall into ruin. Give us a great leader, and release these bewildered buffoons from the responsibilities of Democracy!

Dear Lord, have mercy on these fools for they know not what the fuck they do.
